I brought my indoor bunny to Emma whilst away for 10 days; any pet parent will know how anxiety provoking it is trusting your furry friend with someone for the first time, especially when you aren’t in the country should an emergency arise, however from the second I arrived at Emma’s Holiday Hutches I knew immediately he was in good hands. Emma is a kind, welcoming and very obviously loving human whose passion is clearly poured into the service she provides for furry friends. I felt completely at ease the whole time I was away, she has hutches available for both outdoor and indoor bunnies both of which are spacious and clean; I contacted Emma at points I had ‘separation anxiety’ and she fully reassured me he was okay, and I could tell he was a happy boy when I got back as he was being social and inquisitive. Overall, Emma is a fantastic person who has a brilliant service here and I will certainly use her again in the future.

I have 4 bunnies. I would highly recommend Emma. The bunnies love her, and I would not dream of leaving them anywhere else.
I always know they are in safe accommodation and very well cared for. Brilliant.

Emma is great, very friendly, and obviously loves what she does. I felt really happy to leave my piggies with her for the first time. And leaving them again soon with no concerns at all.

My girls ( rabbits) have just spent 6 day`s with Emma. They have come home very happy, actually they are much calmer little girls. We have already booked another holiday plus bonding stay. We would highly recommend Emma, when you are looking for boarding for your little furry friends. Value for money, I maybe should not say it !! But for all the care, board, pick up and drop off, I think emma under charges, for her obvious exceptional care. Thanks Emma love Harry, Larry, mum and Dad.

I really cannot praise Emma enough for bonding our two little buns in the last 3 weeks! We lost our female bunny very suddenly in February and were left with a depressed little boy who didn't know what to do with himself! We rescued a female bunny and were referred to Emma to complete the bonding. Myself and my boyfriend were both very nervous about letting our precious little lad go away, but it was the best decision. As soon as we turned up at Emma's bunny bliss I knew we had come to the right lady! The facilities for the animals are incredible and the whole outside space is designed around their comfort and safety. She explained how the bonding process would work and our newly acquainted bunnies really put Emma's expertise to the test, but she worked her magic and after lots of dedication and hard work she made them fall in love! She kept us updated all along with pictures and I am so pleased we found Emma, who we will now use for holiday boarding for all our small animals as her love, care and facilities are second to none. Thank you so much!

We used Emma to bond our two rescue bunnies and were so happy with her service. Our original bunny was a very needy attention seeking indoor bunny so Emma housed them in her heated indoor enclosures. She also took care of our nervous new rescue before the bonding started and helped her settle in. The bonding went very well and Emma kept us updated all along. She said it might not work but she would try her best in the most gentle careful way possible. She also said she would know quickly if it was definitely going to be unsuccessful to save us expense. I feel like every penny was well spent as I had two happy well looked after rabbits return home to me. Thanks you for taking such good care of our rabbits!

Emma looked after our two buns Coffee and Snickers brilliantly for a week, they were very happy to see us but I am not convinced they wanted to leave ! She has an amazing set up for indoor and outdoor buns, ours were kept nice and toasty in the heated indoor enclosures. It is clear Emma loves the animals, and we will definitely be booking them in again next time we go away. Thank you so much, especially for the foraging advice for tasty treats.

Emma clearly loves rabbits. She foraged especially for ours. We had an update during our holiday which was reassuring. Would definitely recommend Emma if you need your rabbits or guinea pigs looking after.

Emma has a lovely set-up for boarding rabbits and guinea-pigs. My two pigs had a very comfortable stay over Christmas. I felt I left them in excellent hands as Emma is extremely friendly and clearly cares passionately about animals

First time I have used Emma’s holiday hutches & I was very happy when upon meeting Emma I realised I knew her from PACT where I always found her friendly, knowledgeable & caring. I had no concerns at all about handing Bunster over for two weeks in fact I was delighted it was Emma as she is simply lovely! Bunster was returned clean, groomed and chilled!! Ive already booked him in for our next break in August and won’t be taking him anywhere else from now on!

We have just collected Waffle our bunny from 6 days at Emma’s. He liked to explore apparently but we had no worries leaving him there at all, I don’t think he wanted to leave his holiday tbh, haha! He had everything he needed in a really nice set up! We will definitely be back, thank you!

Emma looked after my 2 bunnies for a week over Christmas for the first time and I felt very happy leaving them with her. I was able to visit prior to their stay and I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the hutches and Emma's knowledge and experience of small animals. When I dropped off the bunnies Emma was happy to discuss their health, dietary requirements and individual likes and dislikes. It was also reassuring to see a picture on Facebook of them enjoying themselves while we were away. Both bunnies returned home healthy and happy and would definitely like to come and visit again. I cannot recommend Emma enough! It was the first time we have had to leave our pets with someone other than family or friends but Emma put our minds straight at ease. You could tell she was passionate about her job and the animals that board with her. They were very well looked after and spoilt with home grown fresh veg and grass. Upon our return she was sad to see them go and said she looks forward to seeing them again. We will definitely be using Emma again, 5 star service!!

Teddy and Timmy spent a few days with Emma - wow! If you love a 5 star experience for your rabbits or guinea pigs then this is the place to come. Emma couldn't have been more helpful and kind - booked in again!

I was a little worried about leaving my rabbit Mo for the first time when we went away on holiday for a week, but when I found Emma I knew Mo would be well looked after. She's friendly and it's clear she knows what she's doing when it comes to bunnies and guineas. I felt able to relax and enjoy my week and when I came to pick Mo up this evening she looked so well looked after. I'm sure she enjoyed her big enclosure and fresh veg! Thanks Emma, I'll be booking again for December when we next go away!

Emma looked after our boys (2 guinea pigs, Casper and Steve) for just over 2 weeks. She was fantastic, very caring and her hutches were so clean and beautifully kept. She is very knowledgeable about the pets in her care. Will definitely be using Emma again and I would also recommend her to others.

"Having to find my bunny Lola accommodation last minute, luckily Emma's Holiday Hutches came to our rescue and accommodated Lola for us - the rabbit accommodation is amazing with loads of room, lovely and clean, and lots of hay and toys. Emma is fantastic and has the experience required to look after your pets, I was able to relax while on holiday knowing Lola was clean and comfortable. Amazing service - I will definitely be using again"

"Our holiday, by Benji & Lola. We started with door to door pick up service which was really good for Mum so she didn't have to worry about getting us there. We were well looked after especially as I'm an older bunny and can't see too well anymore. We had a nice enclosure with plenty of room and shelter, lots of fresh veg and our choice of bunny food. We highly recommend our holiday to all bunnies and will be back again in the future"
